Z-Enology© Distribution Agreement

Effective January 1, 2008, Unitech Scientific LLC and Z-Wine Co. signed a distribution agreement granting Unitech full distribution rights for the Z-Brett^TM test kits and Testing Services and all additional products and processes Z-Wine Co. may develop that are related to spoilage microorganisms in wine (e.g. Brettanomyces, Zygosaccharomyces etc.).  This agreement covers all products and services based on Z-Wine Co. patented technologies for these wine spoilage agents.  Further, this agreement covers all geographical territories where Unitech does business, either directly or through its distributors.  The Z-Brett^TM trademark and Z-Enology©, the marketing name applied to this line of wine spoilage microorganism detection methods, are owned by Z-Wine Co.
