The EnoLyzer is a “semi-automated” wine analyzer which can test wines using any of Unitech’s 25 photometric reagent kits. Enolyzer is a compact, economical, semi-automated wine analyzer for enzymatic tests offering touch screen interface, superb optics, on-board curve-fitting software. Ideal for modern winery laboratories.
